Our Telford based client are now recruiting for an Administrator to join their small but busy team. The role will be on a temporary basis to the start with but could be extended to 12 months for a successful candidate. The role will be undertaking varied administration and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Answer incoming calls and manage general telephone enquiries.
* Maintain and update the working hours spreadsheet.
* Compile and submit information for vehicle tracking.
* Prepare information packs for ongoing projects.
* Oversee completion and submission of forms for new starters and renewals.
* Arrange hotel bookings as required.
* Obtain quotations and process order requirements, forwarding details to Accounts for purchase order generation.
* Order PPE for team members.
* Maintain stock and order office supplies.
* Manage vehicle MOTs and tax requirements.
* Perform any ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
