THE ROLE: Brand Manager, TASSIMO
A rare opportunity to own and shape one of the UK’s most loved coffee brands.
As Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the TASSIMO portfolio, including beloved partnerships and products across Costa, Kenco, L’OR and Cadbury. You’ll work at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation, and execution—bringing new ideas to life, inspiring cross‑functional teams, and influencing both local and global stakeholders.
This is more than a brand role. It’s a chance to lead, shape, and create the future of how UK consumers enjoy coffee at home.
What you’ll lead & deliver
* End‑to‑end portfolio and brand management across the TASSIMO ecosystem
* Cross‑brand collaboration with Costa, Kenco, L’OR and more to ensure strategic alignment
* Innovation delivery from insight to execution—developing new products that delight consumers
* Cross‑functional project leadership, guiding teams to deliver NPD and brand initiatives with excellence
* Through‑the‑line activations, from conception to market execution
* Performance analysis and reporting, turning insights into meaningful actions
* Stakeholder influence, both locally and globally, championing the UK vision
* Represent the UK market at global category forums, helping shape the worldwide TASSIMO agenda
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
* A natural passion for brands and storytelling
* Brand Management experience, ideally with major product launches
* Strong innovation and project management capability
* Confidence and presence when presenting internally and externally
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
* A proactive, curious, and collaborative working style
* Sharp analytical thinking paired with creativity
* Degree‑level education preferred
