About the role
We’relooking for an ambitious and driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our high-performing sales team atFinCalc. Ifyou'rea strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example, this is your opportunity to shape the future of wealthtech sales.
As Head of Sales,you’llplay a critical role in achievingFinCalc’srevenue goalsas part of the senior leadership team.You’lllead and manage the Sales team, design and implement multi-channel sales strategies, and ensure exceptional performance across the board, both individually and at team level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, maximising potential and ensuring targets are achieved.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and escalate underperformance where needed.
Design and execute a multi-channel sales strategy - including direct, indirect, partnerships, and social media.
Lead by example by driving both individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed set targets.
About You
A respected professional with 5+years of sales experience, ideally inB2B software sales orsales to the financial advice sector.
A strategic thinker who thrives onidentifyingopportunities, solving problems, and making a measurable impact.
An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Someone with a can-do mentality, eager to collaborate with a dynamic team.
Ideally, experience in the UK wealthtech space.
