We’re looking for a detail‑driven Digital Test Analyst to join our growing SEO & Marketing team, a function at the heart of our online performance and commercial success.
You’ll be key in ensuring that our websites, SEO‑driven journeys, and content delivery systems meet the highest standards for accuracy, speed, accessibility and technical compliance. You’ll directly influence organic visibility, user experience, conversion rates, and the overall reliability of our digital ecosystem.
Collaborate with SEO specialists, developers, content teams, and product owners, you’ll plan and execute structured testing across web platforms, analytics configurations, tagging frameworks, optimised landing pages, and digital customer journeys. You’ll identify defects and opportunities affecting SEO performance, user engagement, data accuracy, digital revenue streams, delivering quick resolutions.

What You’ll Do
1. Test digital products and SEO-led user journeys to ensure optimal performance
2. Develop structured test plans and clear acceptance criteria for web, mobile, and content‑driven features
3. Validate SEO‑critical technical configurations, including metadata, structured data, indexation controls, sitemaps, canonicalisation and redirects
4. Review analytics and tagging accuracy across platforms such as GA4, GTM and Looker Studio
5. Identify system, content and data defects that impact search visibility, user experience or digital performance
6. Collaborate with SEO, Product, Development and Content teams to ensure quality throughout delivery
7. Monitor trends, issues and performance signals that could affect rankings, conversions or digital operations
8. Test optimised landing pages, tagging frameworks and digital customer journeys across platforms
9. Support continuous optimisation by championing best‑practice digital QA across the web estate
10. Ensure defects and opportunities are surfaced, understood and resolved quickly to protect digital performance
What You’ll Bring
11. ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing (preferred)
12. Experience as a Test Analyst / QA within a digital or SEO‑focused environment
13. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and browser developer tools
14. Experience testing SEO‑critical elements such as structured data, redirects, canonicalisation, sitemaps and page performance
15. Working knowledge of analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Bloomreach and Search Console
16. Ability to design and execute test cases across agile and hybrid delivery models
17. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret technical SEO requirements
18. High attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills
19. Experience with JIRA or similar work‑tracking tools
20. Familiarity with APIs, SQL or Azure environments, plus experience working with third‑party digital or SEO agencies (beneficial/desirable)
