We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team in London. The successful candidate will work across multiple venues, developing creative ideas and implementing event plans and concepts with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Event planning and execution across multiple venues
* Implementing event plans and concepts with clients
* Liaising and negotiating with external vendors
* Handling logistics and operational management of events
* Updating senior management and attending regular events meetings
* Writing and distributing post-event reports
* Managing event P&L and month-end accounting and reporting
* Conducting site visits and walk-throughs
* Representing Company of Cooks as an ambassador
* Developing key client relationships
* Keeping up to date with latest trends in events and hospitality
* Planning and delivering company events, including client dinners and sector informative sessions
Requirements:
* Experienced event professional with understanding of unique venues and high-end hospitality
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Receptive to learning processes and systems
* Keen eye for detail, including social media content creation
* Enthusiastic team player with a creative and data-driven approach
