Welcoming guests with a friendly and genuine approach. Taking and relaying orders clearly and accurately. Recommending food and drinks with confidence. Working closely with the floor and bar teams to keep service smooth and efficient. Helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere in the room. What We’re Looking For At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment. Confidence managing a section during busy service. Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures. Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail. Strong teamwork and communication. A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music. What to Expect Competitive pay at £12.71 per hour plus tronc &40;total package usually between £12.71– £14.75 per hour&41;.
