Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a B&I setting
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Passionate about high-quality food and service
Excellent communication and organisational abilities Qualifications
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience in B&I catering highly desirable Your Role
Support the Head Chef in daily operations
Maintain high standards in food quality and hygiene
Mentor junior staff and contribute to menu innovation
