What the Job Involves Managing responsive repairs for dwellings, communal areas, garages, and void properties. Conducting estate inspections and managing the delivery of adaptations, ensuring health & safety compliance. Interacting with contractors, consultants, and residents to deliver efficient maintenance solutions. Providing technical advice and supporting staff and contractors to achieve top standards and customer satisfaction. Managing budgets, work orders, and ensuring timely project completion and statutory compliance.
