Customer Services & Admin Executive

Our Camberley site are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Admin Executive to join the team.
The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30pm. Weekend work will be required on Saturdays and Sundays, but on a rota'd basis usually 1 in 4.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Regional Customer Services Manager, you will be:
* Providing excellent customer support, by handling emails and calls from our customers.
* Ensuring that all customer issues are dealt with efficiently and directly or by effective liaison with the site teams.
* Acting as the link between the customer and the Production/Transport teams.
* Ensuring proactive management of customer stock usage.
* Ensuring efficient administration support is provided to the site.

In terms of background and experience, we are looking for someone who has ideally worked in the hospitality industry, where customer interaction has been a daily occurrence. You will also need to have worked within a Business to Business (B2B) environment, have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and have proof of Right to Work in the UK.
