You’ll be joining the exciting and fast‑growing Omoda Jaecoo brand, supporting the Sales Management team during busy periods and annual leave, while personally driving vehicle sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by Example: Sell new and used vehicles while demonstrating a first‑class customer experience at every stage.
* Drive Sales Performance: Convert enquiry leads into profitable sales, maximising every opportunity across vehicles, finance, and value‑added products.
* Support the Management Team: Step in to lead the sales team when required, maintaining structure, motivation, and high performance.
* Maximise Gross Profit: Achieve departmental targets through effective sales processes and commercial awareness.
* Showroom & Display: Maintain a professional, appealing showroom and forecourt presentation that reflects the Drayton Motors brand.
* Customer Journey Excellence: Ensure every customer receives clear communication, transparency, and post‑sale follow‑up in line with company and manufacturer standards.
* Coach & Motivate: Support and mentor the sales team to achieve daily activity targets and deliver consistent results.
