Manpower are currently recruiting for Assembly operatives for our client based in Heanor.
This is ongoing position until Christmas with the opportunity to go temp to perm for the right candidate.
£12.21 per hour - overtime will be available
General duties will include assembly of cages, unpacking of parts, separating of components to make the cages, use of airpowered impact guns and other power tools, this role does include elements of manual handling and is fast paced.
Our client does have 2 locations which are 5 minutes drive apart so if you have your own car this would be an advantage as you may be asked to work between the 2 sites.
Majority of the work will be indoors but there will be times when you will be required to work outside when unpacking and bringing the product inside.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30 overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in the week at time and a third, time and a half Saturday and double time on a Sunday on the basis you have worked the Saturday
