Provide advice and guidance to managers on change processes and procedures as well as providing additional support to the Business Partnering Team in relation to employee relations matters. \n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n\nAssist in managing organisational change by preparing employees for the implementation of new People initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition during restructures. Provide advice and guidance to managers on change processes and procedures\nAdditional support to the Business Partnering team to provide guidance, support, and resolution to employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations\nReview the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent practices across the organisation.

Communicate and educate People team members ensuring consistent proactive application and adherence throughout the Group\nAnalysing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support evidence-based decision-making for HR projects and people management \nServe as a point of support for employees participating in People projects. When required act as a cover support for other People team units to ensure effective management of workload\n\nExperience and Qualifications required:\n\nCIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) level 5 qualification or equivalent.\nSignificant progressive HR experience\nDemonstrated experience in employee relations, policy development and organisational change\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAnalytical mindset and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting\nExceptional written and spoken communication skills\nAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.\nOutstanding organisational and time management skills\nExperience of working in a multi-site role\n\nDue to the needs of the business and the department, we may interview suitable candidates before the closing date.
