We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Business Systems professional to join their Business Systems team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems and ERP environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of analysis, development, and support, and is confident working across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve Business Systems issues, delivering effective and compliant solutions Analyse, design, configure, and maintain Business Systems, including interfaces and reporting Support system stability through configuration, data maintenance, and report development Contribute to system lifecycle activities including testing, feedback, and continuous improvement Document analysis work, manage change control processes, and track issues professionally Act as an escalation point for Business Systems Engineers Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to support system needs Provide ongoing support for Business Systems and ERP environments Carry out scheduled activities, including month-end processing If you have previous experience in a Business Systems or ERP-focused role, good SQL knowledge, and are motivated by improving how systems support the wider business operations, we would be very keen to hear from you!
