Red Recruitment is recruiting a Pensions Advisor in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a Pensions & Investments Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent after 10 weeks. Ideally, you will have experience working with complaints, debt management, or financial services. The hourly rate is £13.60 per hour and this is a full-time position, this role is fully remote once you complete 1 week office based training. Benefits and Package for a Pensions Advisor: Salary: £13.60 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5.30 Contract Type: Temporary Location: Banbury Start date: ASAP Smart, Casual dress Company events Company pension Fully remote after 1 week office based training is completed Key Responsibilities of a Pensions Advisor: Utilise the AI system to Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Accurately review financial redress where appropriate Embrace the use of AI to assist and support you in your role Identify root cause trends to drive continuous improvement Review AI generated bespoke written responses tailored to each customer's situation Support knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative team environment Ensure positive customer outcomes are at the heart of all complaint resolutions Making phone calls, sending emails, or utilising other communication methods to reach customers with past due accounts Negotiating payment plans with customers to recover outstanding balances in a timely manner Key Skills and Experience of a Pensions Advisor: Understand how complaint resolution impacts customer trust and business Communicate clearly and empathetically to rebuild customer confidence Ensure complaint outcomes are accurate, fair, and well-documented Follow regulatory procedures with diligence and care Excellent written and verbal communication Good understanding of complaint handling procedures and financial services systems Good general education (minimum GCSEs or equivalent) Industry-specific qualifications (desirable but not essential) Demonstrable experience in Life & Pensions or broader Financial Services Proven background in handling escalated complaints and delivering regulatory outcomes Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and attributes required, please apply now!
