Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a prestigious drinks company based in Catrine, Scotland, to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career within a well-established and supportive business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting both colleagues and customers through high-quality administrative service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the shared customer service inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
* Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
* Provide general administrative support to the customer service team and wider business
* Prepare and update documents, reports and spreadsheets using MS Office, particularly Excel
* Support internal processes to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service delivery
* Work closely with a small team of three, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service support role
* Confident using MS Office packages, especially Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow and progress within the business
* Due to limited transport links, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential
What’s on Offer
* Salary from £25,000 depending on experience
* Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
