Job title: Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:
� Lead and deliver the annual budget process for the Major project business unit, including building the budget models, consolidating for the business areas, review and sign off with the senior leadership ensuring assumption are documented and plans underpinning delivery are understood.
� Manage the month end close for Major Projects, working with the finance team to ensure financial completeness and accuracy as well as the articulation of variances and follow up of any actions from the monthly review process.
� Review the financial operating processes for Major Projects, ensuring processes are fit for purpose, redesigning where required and implementing new processes where needed.
� Providing support to the Major Projects finance team.
Requirements:
� Fully Qualified Accountant
� Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
� Experience owning the financials for a business unit.
� Lead a budgeting & forecasting process.
� Developed insight reporting.
