A Day in the Life
The Therapy Sales Representative (TSR) role promotes, sells and supports the Pain therapies products and services. The role is accountable for driving sales and market share within the London area. The TSR has a strong commercial mindset focused on gaining competitive market share by leveraging the portfolio within key accounts. They will develop strong relationships with consultants and nursing teams, providing onsite clinical support to ensure Medtronic’s sensing technology is used to deliver the best outcomes and patient experience. The candidate should have a deep desire to understand the science behind sensing in Neuromodulation and to ensure the customer and patient experience with our devices and programming are fully utilized.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for hitting targets by driving Medtronic share in competitive accounts
* Maintain/build/strengthen relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders
* Provide support to facilitate technology adoption and supports patient needs (e.g., programming); perform troubleshooting and resolve customer issues in key accounts
* Collaborate with technical, clinical and engineering teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts
* Ensure competitor knowledge remains up to date and promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Sales/commercial experience in healthcare (preferably neuromodulation or neurosurgery)
* Scientific degree and clinical interests (preferably Neuroscience)
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Full current UK Driving Licence
