About the Role As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of this long-term residential development, managing all aspects of project execution from planning to completion. This is a role for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinating and managing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Leading site teams while promoting a positive and safe working environment. Liaising with architects, engineers, planners, and local authorities. Ensuring full compliance with building regulations and health & safety legislation. Maintaining progress reports and presenting updates to senior management. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site or project management on large-scale residential developments. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high standards. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. In-depth knowledge of construction best practices, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
