Role Customer Service Adviser
Location Diss, Norfolk
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
Rate of pay £25,396 per annum
Capacity of role Permanent position
Our client is a specialist within their division and currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy office team.
Candidates will need to be computer literate and will have a natural flair for customer service,
Main duties will include
* Supporting their customer service team and ensuring that a excellent experience across all interactions
* You will be responsible for passing enquiries on to the relevant departments within the team.
* Manage and logging complaints and help direct potential sales leads to the right team.
* Interacting with customers via a multitude of methods and ensuring all documentations is stored correctly and accurately.
* Reaching out to customers for feedback and promote reviews on various channels
