This is a dynamic, evolving position reporting directly to the Training & Engagement Manager, offering plenty of opportunity for growth as you leverage your strengths. About the Position

As part of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programs that help customers get the most from SKUtrak, the UK's leading demand intelligence platform. You'll use webinars, e-learning, and in-person sessions to build confidence, drive product adoption, and foster lasting customer relationships.

You'll also play a key role in developing insights, creating content, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to support product development and ensure our training continually evolves to meet customer needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience delivering technical training to high-profile customers who are excited about contributing to the future of our award-winning platform.

What You'll Work On

* Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops (virtual and in-person).
* Tailor training to different learning styles and professional personas.
* Create and maintain training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
* Keep training materials updated and focused on effective SaaS product use.
* Gather and share client feedback with internal teams to drive product improvements.
* Build strong client relationships, recommending relevant training and providing ongoing support.
* Measure training effectiveness through feedback and usage metrics, encouraging continued adoption.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, clearly communicating SKUtrak's value.
* Collaborate with internal teams on product updates and translate them effectively for clients.
* Develop data-driven insights packs that highlight client performance and promote SKUtrak adoption.

* Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
* Curious mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Quality of client feedback and value captured.
* Engagement and effectiveness of training programs.
* Growth in SKUtrak adoption and “champion” users.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years' experience delivering software or technical systems training and onboarding.
* Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
* Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
