About The Role:
We are currently recruiting for Female Support Workers to support our client who has a Spinal Cord Injury, living in their own home in the Buntingford area.
This role includes support for all of their care needs.
You will be working with our client on a 1:1 basis, there is a double up shift for 6.5 hours per day, 4 days per week.
You MUST have experience working as Healthcare Assistant.
The client has 2 x large dogs within the home, you must be comfortable around dogs and interact with them.
A Full UK Driving License is required.
Hours of Work:
8am – 8pm – Day shift (Mon – Sun)
8pm – 8am – Waking nights (Mon – Sun)
11am - 5:30pm - Double up (4 x days per week)
Rates of Pay:
£16.00 per hour - Days (Mon - Fri)
£17.00 per hour - Nights (Mon - Fri)
£17.00 per hour - Days (Sat - Sun)
£18.00 per hour - Nights (Sat - Sun)

About you:
Required
* Full UK Driving License
* Good sense of humour
* Empathy/good understanding
* Must love dogs and be able to interact with them
* Experience of working as a Healthcare Assistant is essential
Desirable
* Registered on the DBS Updated Service
* Experience of working with SCI is preferred, however training is provided
