The Client
Our client is a long established architectural studio with a reputation for high quality, tailored solutions across sectors such as healthcare, education, civic and workplace. They combine design ambition with rigorous technical delivery, supporting meaningful projects across Northern Ireland and beyond, within a collaborative, team focused studio culture. They are now seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist (BIM) to join their growing Belfast team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to technically complex and impactful projects using industry leading BIM workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:
* Produce detailed design and construction documentation in Revit, aligned to BIM protocols and office standards.
* Coordinate technical information, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across all outputs.
* Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants and contractors; contribute to job running and project coordination.
* Manage multiple projects at varying stages and help maintain/implement office BIM best practice.
* Attend site as required to review progress and resolve technical queries.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
* A third level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction related discipline.
* 5 years’ experience in an architectural practice with a strong BIM delivery track record.
* Proven proficiency in Revit (essential) and confidence delivering BIM based projects.
* Knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM requirements.
* Sector experience in healthcare and/or education is desirable, not essential.
* Meticulous attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
