Responsibilities
* Visit customers in their homes across Dartford and surrounding areas to repair appliance issues.
* Manage daily time schedules, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
* Maintain daily stock levels in your van.
* Upsell products, earning bonus incentives on products sold.
Qualifications
* Full, valid driving licence.
* Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
* Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
* Technical knowledge; experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and maintain hand dexterity and colour vision.
* Capacity to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.
* Successful completion of in‑house City and Guilds‑assured training.
