As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will source and screen qualified candidates for targeted positions and proactively build a diverse talent pipeline across Europe. Experience in recruiting for engineering or environmental consulting roles is preferred. Our Talent Acquisition team is based across the UK, working from home and office locations, with the central office in Birmingham. The team includes colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, all collaborating in a global community. You will work within Ramboll’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, developing and executing creative recruiting strategies across various business areas and geographies. Your key responsibilities will be:
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers in Denmark to understand business needs and identify external talent pools. Use sourcing channels like Boolean Search, social media, databases, and company websites to build a steady pipeline of diverse talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and share insights to improve candidate identification. Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess skills, fit, and cultural alignment. Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and passive recruiting techniques. Maintain external relationships to enhance market presence. About you
We support your growth from day one. The following qualifications and skills will help you succeed: Experience in recruitment within a large international company or agency. Background in Engineering, Environmental, or Management Consulting is advantageous. Strong research, interpretation, and utilization of competitor information skills. Proficiency in proactive outreach, candidate searching, and screening. Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is desirable. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of social media and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn. Experience delivering results against SLAs, KPIs, and objectives. Ability to prioritize multiple openings under tight deadlines.
