Your Role
As a Prestige Technician in our Gloucester team, you will:
* Elite Maintenance: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs to exacting manufacturer standards.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize the latest diagnostic innovation to resolve intricate mechanical and electrical faults.
* PDI Excellence: Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure every vehicle meets showroom standards.
* Future-Proofing: Undertake continuous training across conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicle (EV) systems.
* Quality Control: Maintain meticulous job records and ensure 100% compliance with safety and engineering standards.
* Collaboration: Work within a highly skilled team dedicated to first-time-fix excellence.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Preferred).
* Experience: Previous experience within a franchised dealership or official manufacturer environment.
* Technical Skill: Strong diagnostic capability and the confidence to work on complex, high-performance systems.
* Mindset: High attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering quality workmanship.
* Compliance: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
