Role Overview:
The F&B Manager will be at the heart of the hotel’s dining experience, overseeing all food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bars, and events. This role is key to delivering the bold, luxurious, and social Hamptons-inspired vibe the NICI brand is known for, ensuring guests enjoy seamless, memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with chefs and bar managers to develop menus, drinks programs, and seasonal offerings.

Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory to achieve operational targets.
