Are you ready to embark on a career that blends strategic leadership, financial expertise, and innovation? Schindler UK&I is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Lead Business Finance Controller to join us on a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months. Based at our Addlestone Office with hybrid working, you’ll drive excellence and transformation within our finance operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of the business P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and maximising cash flow.
* Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial records and fostering transparency for audits.
* Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic insights and drive profitability improvements.
* Develop relationships with customers to negotiate and drive commercial success.
* Support continuous improvement in finance processes and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA) with 7+ years of experience.
* Expertise in financial controlling, management, and process improvement.
* Advanced Excel skills; experience in SAP and Power BI is a plus.
* Industry knowledge in construction, services, or related fields.
* Outstanding communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
