Role: Groundworks Location: Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TL, United Kingdom Rate: £12.60 per hour Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm 30min break Contract length: 9 month Potentially Start: ASAP Responsibilities: General maintenance of Bardon Hill offices and land * Labouring experience ideal * Used to working outside * Grass cutting * Hedge cutting * Spraying * Ability to use a mower, hedge cutter, and strimmer * Must be able to lift heavy objects for furniture removal from offices (e.g., moving cupboards, desks, chairs) Essential requirements: * Driving licence and use of a car * Strong work ethic and desire to learn * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to conduct manual handling * Some knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation Benefits: 1.
