Benefits: Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Monthly Bonus Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00 16:30 Location: Tuxford, Nottingham Monthly bonus scheme - 33 days annual leave Career progression opportunities Employee referral scheme Long-term stability with a growing business The Role As a TIG Welder & Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality stainless steel and mild steel components, ensuring all work meets exacting quality standards. Key Responsibilities TIG welding stainless steel and mild steel components. Producing high quality welds on materials at 1.5mm thickness - essential Fabricating sheet metal components from engineering drawings. Metal polishing and finishing to a high cosmetic standard. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations. Maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process. Skills / Experience required: Proven TIG welding experience Experience welding thin-gauge materials at 1.5mm thickness - essential Sheet metal fabrication experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail Strong commitment to quality and safety Experience polishing and finishing stainless steel products Experience working within a precision manufacturing environmentIf this sounds like you, please apply today
