The Home is Rated OUTSTANDING by the CQC No late evenings and Alternative Weekends off As a Chef/Cook you will be responsible for managing the efficiency, hygiene and safety in the catering area, organising and supervising other staff working in the kitchen whilst maintaining the correct HACCP principals in all catering areas and ensuring all legislative standards are met.
Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents on a daily basis, respecting residents rights to privacy, dignity and choice.
Planning menus to provide nutritionally balanced and attractive meals and when necessary, providing for any special diets.
An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities.
