Manage a varied caseload including frameworks, call-off contracts, bespoke drafting, and concession agreements. Provide legal support on public health contracts, grant funding agreements, and subsidy control. Offer general contractual advice and contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures. Support and supervise Paralegals and Legal Assistants as needed.
