You will receive full training through shadowing from experienced engineers allowing you to fully develop a unique skillset. You will be working a 5-day rota, including weekends, while being rewarded with generous overtime. This role would suit an NVQ qualified or Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for 1-on-1 training from senior Engineers to become recognised as a technical expert.
