Description
As an Early Years Educator you will be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child in your care. In a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment you will bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning and meaningful connections while advancing your own career through training, coaching and resources.
Responsibilities
* Inspire learning through a play‑based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
* Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
* Collaborate, motivate and share ideas as a positive role model
Qualifications
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Schedule
