Responsibilities
* Partnering with senior leaders to shape people priorities and drive high performance
* Leading talent management, engagement, and organisational development programs
* Championing change management and employee experience initiatives
* Managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
* Leading on employee relations issues
* Using data‑driven insights to inform strategy and deliver results
Qualifications
* Proven HR business partnering experience
* Strong background in talent development and organisational change
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to turn data into actionable HR strategies
* Practical, working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus benefits.
