We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy operational team within a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, previous administration experience, and confidence working across multiple systems and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to operational teams
* Maintaining and updating records across internal systems and databases
* Producing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice processing
* Supporting reception and general office duties where required
* Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
* Ensuring office systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently
About You:
* Previous experience within an administration or business support role
* Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, flexible, and proactive approach
* Comfortable working in a reactive and fast-moving environment
