Directorate
The University of Bradfords Marketing department is recruiting for a Marketing Database Co-ordinator within the CRM team. You will join a collaborative team of inventive individuals who develop solutions for capturing leads and engaging them through email, SMS and outbound calling campaigns.
This is an exciting time to join the University of Bradford during the City of Culture 2025, in the Universitys fourth year at the top of the UK Social Mobility Index, and as we launch our new University strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
* Providing technical support to the CRM officers to ensure leads are accurately segmented to allow for highly targeted communication plans to be delivered.
* Delivering a robust data import schedule to ensure all leads are entered into the CRM system promptly.
* Providing data and insight on CRM activity to identify opportunities and diagnose problems to support the development of strategic CRM activity.
* Ensuring data in the CRM database is correctly structured and managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
* Supporting outbound calling campaigns through the creation of segmented calling queues.
* Acting as the CRM data expert in the team, providing training, ongoing support and problem solving for stakeholders.
Qualifications/ Experience
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience of working with data from a diverse customer base (e.g. data capture, data mapping, duplication management, imports, exports, data integrity and compliance with GDPR).
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, including transferring between platforms
* Ability to mine data and create varying customer segments
The successful candidate will join the CRM team within the Marketing function, but will regularly collaborate with colleagues across the marketing department and the wider university.
