As a Kitchen Assistant, you will ensure that all food preparation and catering adhere to Health and Safety, and Food Standard regulations. You will monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are immaculately clean, including washing crockery and utensils when required.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Requirements include:
1. A good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
2. Good communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
3. A hardworking and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
4. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
