As a Carpenter Multi, you will: Fit various types of doors, including fire doors Carry out first and second fix carpentry Complete all aspects of kitchen installation, including DFG adaptations, ceramic wall tiling, minor plumbing, and decorative works Use a phone and PDA to communicate and record work effectively We are looking for a Carpenter Multi with: Trade experience within the residential repairs sector Experience in UPVC repairs and maintenance (doors and windows) Experience in kitchen installation (1st and 2nd fix) Ability to complete basic plumbing repairs NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent) Fire door installation experience and awareness of relevant regulations A full UK driving licence Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to commencing the role This Carpenter Multi role is offering the following benefits: Company van and fuel card provided 34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holidays) Company sick pay after 12 months service Life insurance Company pension scheme Uniform and safety equipment provided Salary £36,100 per year Location & Travel: Based in Ryde, the role includes a company vehicle, making travel between sites straightforward. xsngvjr
