About the role
4. Founding Enterprise Sales Director responsible for winning and expanding £5m+ ARR enterprise retail accounts
5. IC role owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through to close and rollout
6. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across logistics, procurement and finance, with the CFO as the key buyer
7. Build and scale a repeatable enterprise sales engine in a business where sales sits at the heart of growth
Your previous experience
8. Proven enterprise new-business hunter with a track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals within the retail, e-commerce or logistics space
9. Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup without heavy sales infrastructure
10. Highly proactive, self-directed and driven to push deals forward
11. Commercially and numerically confident, able to sell financial outcomes to CFOs and senior leadership
12. Emotionally intelligent and adaptable across different personalities, cultures and buying groups
13. Experienced in long, strategic sales cycles and able to maintain momentum through complex deals
