The service supports older people with a range of needs, including dementia care. A No Smoking Policy is in place.Key DutiesSupporting residents with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and daily activitiesPromoting dignity, choice, and independence at all timesAdministering medication following appropriate trainingSupporting residents emotional, social, and spiritual well-beingMaintaining accurate written and computerised care recordsFollowing health & safety guidance and the NISCC Code of PracticeWorking as part of a caring and professional teamAbout YouCaring, patient, and compassionate natureGood communication and teamwork skillsRespect for residents' dignity, rights, and beliefsWillingness to complete training and work towards NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health & Social Care (if not already held)Willingness to work in a manner that respects the Christian ethos of the organisationMust be willing to work flexibly to fulfil the requirements of the Home Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced Access NI check.
