If these are values you share, we would love you to join our team.The Role:This is an exciting generalist role working within the Mulberry’s Talent and HR Business Partnering team and supporting across HR, Recruitment and Talent & Development. This role will be a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is offered full-time and will require a minimum of 3 office days per week. Duties and Responsibilities:HR:- Advise on employee relations matters (e.g. capability, absence management, grievance, redundancy) within the Mulberry policy framework and coaching managers through these matters to ensure a successful and timely resolution with mitigation of risk.- Support to provide employee relations advice, guidance and training to Line Managers across Corporate and Retail teams as required. - Work in partnership with the team to ensure employee and manager queries are resolved effectively, spotting trends and patterns, and proposing solutions. - Support and promote employee engagement and health and wellbeing initiatives.- Partner the HR Business Partnering team to review and update policies and toolkits. Recruitment:- Support the Head of HR and HR Business Partners to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate, Retail and Supply Chain vacancies, as assigned to you.- Manage our ATS (Lever) for live vacancies and use as a tool to build a talent pool and pipeline for future.- Maintain current, minimal use of recruitment agencies and monitor time and cost to fill data by business area. - Build excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, ensure a prompt and efficient service. - Hold first stage screening interviews as required. - Design and facilitate assessment centres/group interviews for volume recruitment where necessary (e.g. apprentices and temporary staff).- Conduct Right to Work checks and complete the offer process for each successful hire, ensuring details are shared with the HR Operations team accurately and promptly for processing. - Ensure all aspects of the candidate experience are professional and positive, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.Diversity and Inclusion:- With the guidance of the Head of HR and HR Business Partner, ensure a diverse candidate shortlist is presented to Hiring Managers.- Participate in relevant activities as detailed in Mulberry’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy.- Facilitate an equitable and transparent internal recruitment process – ensuring all employees have fair opportunity to develop. Talent & Development:- Support the Talent & Development Advisor to ensure the delivery of engaging induction plans for new starters.- Support with performance and talent review processes. Help drive engagement from the business, respond to queries and issue comms. - Support to organise and facilitate training where required. Promote equity, empathy and understanding and demonstrate this commitment within your internal and external communities.Skills and Experience Required:- Relevant experience in an HR role in a fast-paced, professional environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and assimilate relevant information.- Chinese, Korean or Japanese language skills, strongly advantageous.- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.- Diligent and meticulous with a good eye for detail. - Must have excellent organisational skills and initiative, with the ability to manage the day-to-day HR processes autonomously. - Works with absolute confidentiality.- A team player and flexible attitude – willing to support a lean and busy team wherever necessary. - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.- Proactive and positive attitude to change.- Reliable and self-motivated.- Solutions focussed problem solver.
