Position details
* Position: Artisan Baker
* Employer: Exquisite Wholesale Artisan Bakery
* Location: Buckinghamshire, England
* Gross OTE salary package: circa £38,000 (+ share of service charge + targeted bonus)
* Weekly hours: 38 to 48 hours within a 5/6-day week

Responsibilities
* Prepare and artistically present a complex range of bakery goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and country/regional specialties.
* Perform production operational duties aligned with the role.
* Train and supervise Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications & requirements
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Experience in baking bread, cakes and patisserie products in batches
* Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
* Industrial training from a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute
* Minimum 3 years in this role plus at least 3 years of prior progression
* Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
* Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
