Location: Diageo Ibrox Site – Fairley Street, Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hours per week)
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Diageo site in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a busy site within a well-established environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring administrative processes, systems, and site coordination run efficiently, supporting both the facilities and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to facilities and technical teams
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
* Support reporting processes and ensure data is up to date
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across site
* Assist with compliance and internal procedures
* Act as a point of contact for site-based queries
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
