1st Line Support Engineer | Doncaster (On-site)

This is entry-level IT support
A well-known UK tech and telecoms client of ours is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for customer issues.
You’ll be taking calls, logging tickets, and solving common IT problems – everything from password resets and printer issues to basic Office 365 and network support.
You’ll be working in a structured team with proper tools and processes (ConnectWise, remote monitoring, SLAs). It’s a busy, customer-facing job with 20+ tickets a day and clear escalation routes when needed.
Ideal experience:
* 1 years in a helpdesk, service desk or IT support role
* Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Active Directory
* Confident handling printers, desktops, basic networking (TCP/IP)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work to SLAs
Desirable:
* Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise/ServiceNow ideal)
* SharePoint, Intune, or Wi-Fi troubleshooting experience
