Responsibilities
* Lead a team of approximately 15 case handlers managing disrepair claims across owned housing stock. They will be ensuring responsive repairs are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
* Provide expert technical advice on housing matters including FOIs, SARs, EIRs, Ombudsman reports, and litigation claims, acting as an expert witness in court when required.
* With a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and value for money, supervise administrative staff, oversee case progression from claim to completion, and contribute to a collaborative, hybrid working environment with a minimum of 50% office presence.
