Teaching Assistants Required – Permanent

* Ware, Hertfordshire

* £25,583 per annum (Pro Rata)

* Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:45pm | Term-Time Only

* Permanent Position (NO PART TIME AVAILABLE)

The Role

* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups

* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams

Who This Role Would Suit

You don’t need previous school experience.

However, you do need:

✔ Strong communication skills
✔ A genuine interest in SEN
✔ Reliability and commitment

Experience in care, support work, youth work, coaching, or similar settings is welcomed — but attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
