Job Description
At Alpine Formula One Team, we have an opportunity to join our well-established Composites department as a Cell Lead in our Trim & Assembly team on the weekday day shift.
Cell Lead – Trim & Assembly - The Role
The Cell Leader – Trim & Assembly is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production of high-quality composite components within their assigned cell. This role ensures that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and the team operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with departmental goals. The Cell Leader acts as a key link between the Deputy Cell Lead and Shift Lead, providing positive leadership, technical guidance, and performance oversight to a team of composite technicians.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead and mentor a team of Composite technicians and a Deputy Cell lead
* Oversee day-to-day cell operations and allocate work to meet deadlines
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards
* Ensure parts are produced to technical specifications
* Collaborate across departments to support continuous improvement
The Person:
* Engineering background with experience in composites manufacturing
* Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and production tracking systems
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Positive influential and coaching skill
