About the Role
As a Design Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design delivery and approval process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in:
✅ Managing and empowering design suppliers to deliver “right first time” results.
âś… Reviewing and approving site design drawings.
âś… Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company standards.
âś… Driving process optimisation and supporting digital transformation in design delivery.
âś… Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong background in mobile infrastructure site design and project delivery.
* Proven ability to sign off drawings and ensure design compliance.
* Experience managing multiple projects and design partners simultaneously.
* Understanding of CDM requirements, health & safety, and telecoms design standards.
* Commercial awareness to ensure cost-effective design solutions.
* Project management qualification (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum) preferred.
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
