Overview
Our Health Sector E2E Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing sector technology and architectural reference assets, crafting visionary targets for technology-enabled business platforms and strategic roadmaps to support clients undergoing complex transformations. They foster innovation and lead the growth of technology and architectural capabilities by implementing advanced architectural and technological strategies that drive exceptional business outcomes. They lead in originating, solutioning, designing and delivering complex transformations within the sector to enable these outcomes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Architect innovative end-to-end (E2E) architecture solutions comprising multiple technologies and design the roadmap for change required, in collaboration with Industry and Technology teams.
* Collaborate with Tier 1 customers in the health vertical (stakeholders include Chief Clinical Information Officers, Chief Digital Information Officers, Clinical and Non-Clinical leads) to bring external perspectives and solutions that accelerate business strategies through adoption of new and emerging technologies.
* Mentor and guide teams to build the next generation of architects and accelerate capability growth.
* Provide technical oversight of multiple projects/programmes to ensure the architectural vision set at the start of transformation is met.
The Role is for You if You Have
* Experience and understanding of NHS National Architecture, Local Trust integration standards, business and technology architecture.
* Experience in BIM, IoT, Robotics, Digital Twin, NHS National datasets. An understanding of national screening programmes (desirable) as applied in a health care setting is a plus.
* Experience with core clinical and non-clinical systems, e.g., Electronic Patient Records, Shared Care Records, Patient Portals, etc.
* Distinctive skills in end-to-end (E2E) Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
* Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver intricate solutions.
* Strong familiarity with the health sector's vendor landscape, with leading certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Epiq, Cerner experience, agile methodologies such as SAFe) and a willingness to pursue them.
* Thorough understanding of the Cloud, data, and AI markets and technologies.
* Experience managing senior stakeholders such as Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO), Health leads, including C-suite, Director / head of practices.
