What we're looking for: Proven track record in education recruitment ( minimum 2 years' experience as a consultant) Strong billings history and experience managing a desk (supply, long-term, permanent primary, secondary, SEN, support staff) Excellent relationship-building skills with both schools and candidates Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven but someone who values quality over quantity Passion for education and helping people find the right role Able to work m-f 7am -5pm (shift basis) Understand the demands of running a busy temp/ long term desk Ideally local knowledge of the Southwest education market What we offer you: Uncapped commission structure with realistic, achievable targets Competitive basic salary generous bonus opportunities Very established desk, great opportunity to develop further and bonus from the get-go This role is very much about client management as well as developing new client relationships.
